I Do Not Love Thee Dr. Farranelli

There are things from our past that rise up to remind us of where we have come from, small struggles, little triumphs, happy memories......and some not so happy......

My sincere apologies to the lady whose eardrum I burst by screaming and making gagging noises when I was taking her phone order......and saw this on the scratch paper I was using................

1.75 g O2 occupies 2L @ 1ATM. What is T?

1ATM = T(K)

1.75 g x 1mol O2 / 32gO2 = .0547

Chemistry homework circa 2001.

The only thing I remember about Chemistry (ahem, a lot longer ago than 2001)was the teacher lookedl iek a Ken Doll and liked to look down girl's shirts, plus there was this ridiculous song he would sing that went "H2O" at which point the class was supposed to sing back, "Water water water." I later heard he got fired for having an indiscretion with a student (and then married her). GAG is right!

Girls!!! She is saying you have to breathe oxygen when you are getting $1750 out of your ATM because they will ask you what the hell "T" is.

Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog. I am going to add you to my reader, but probably won't be back until after this dang holiday rush. I think I am up to 400+ unread posts in my reader. *sigh*

I am so glad Jill explained this. That is why I usually don't comment on a post until she does.
Love the comic!

I recently came across an old binder full of notes for a class and didn't remember writing a single word! Or anything about the class at all. In fact, I don't remember chemistry, either.
I've blocked it all out. I did find geology fascinating, though. You know, just so you don't think I'm a total science dud.

hahahahaha - Jill - too funny - hahahahahahaha still laughing hahahahahaha!

The only thing I remember about chemistry is that the teacher was FLAMING! and lost my notebook when he graded it.
He kissed my ass the rest of the year and I think I got an A!
