What I Didn't Blog About....

There are a bajillion drafts in my blog.

But.

I didn't blog about my sister with asthma.
Asthma makes her cough.
Coughing makes her toot.
Tooting makes her sisters laugh like 12 year olds.

"yeah, sit next to me on the plane for three days and laugh" she snarled. I didn't think she'd think it was funny if I exposed her un-ladylike behavior.
it's still funny.
she'll kill me when the Sisters get back from vacation.

I didn't blog about the sisters on vacation. On an island. Far away. Without me. boo hoo. Green with envy, I tell ya.

I didn't blog about the first nursing home I worked at. That's where I met my very first cross-dressing transvestite nursing assistant. Sydney was a little exotic looking. I thought she had really big hands. One of Sydney's old high school classmates was hired shortly after I started working there. Classmate commented,"It's a little weird seeing Sydney in a dress." I said, "Why's that?"
Classmate said, "We were in the same graduating class. She was a boy then."

Oh.

Classmate said "Adam's Apple." (apparently I wasn't the brightest crayon in the box since it had to be pointed out to me that there are some obvious discrepencies between girlstuff and boystuff. Not that anything was ever actually taken out and pointed at me. Except for that Adam's Apple.)

I didn't blog about the mashed potatoes I made on Sunday. Because they are addictive. Tater Crack. (I will not blog about the Tater Crack disappearing overnight and finding a new home on my butt.)

Go here for the recipe. Don't say I didn't warn you. Thank You Snooty Primadona. Just say no if you're on KFMBA.

I didn't blog about my fabulous new job because I'm still waiting for the winning lottery ticket to waft down from the heavens I don't HAVE one yet. You'll be the first to know.

I didn't blog about Mr. Sweetie looking at more freaking surgery. Soon. He's had a hip replacement and a shoulder replacement in the past year. Shoulder Number Two is giving him fits acting up. He's not that old.

Hospitals suck. Arthritis sucks.

Mr. Sweetie promised that I'd get a remote control with the next replacement part heh heh.

What haven't you blogged about this week?

I have 25 drafts in my list too that I haven't blogged about.
Now see, if it was my sister, I would be laughing too. And laughing makes me toot too.

As for the transvestite /cross dresser, those girls look better than I do. Who could tell what was under the hood?

Reminds me of the female patient I helped admit. We were rushing to admit her because she was crashing, and I was the one her asking questions while she could still talk. When the PA hollered later for a coudet foley, imagine my surprise. We only use those on boys. I thought the PA was nuts. When I reentered the room, I was even more surprised she was holding the patient's bits in her hand waiting for the catheter. I never blogged about it. I now always look beneath the sheets-I take nobody's word about anything anymore.

I am sorry that your tater crack found a new home on your butt.
That's got to be the funniest line I've written in awhile!

Dang...that was a fun non-blog-post...you're good!

I have about 5 drafts...that no matter how hard I try...I just can't tweak them to my satisfaction...shocking I know since I have such low standards in posts...but there you have it.

Whats that all about?
I feel like I'm missing out on stuff now, stuff you were going to say and then didn't.
Hmmmm.....
I'm going to think about this while I go in search of tater crack

I am avoiding that recipe like the plague because I can eat the whole dang thing for sure. I am starving and only up two pounds. Yes, I gained 2 lbs. WTF?

Good Lord! You do not want to know what I've not blogged about.

Yes, Arthritis does suck and I'm in the early stages of it... along with Osteoporosis, high blood pressure & high bad cholesterol. I really hate getting old... Did I mention I can't see a damned thing?

I'm so sorry to hear Mr. Sweetie is looking at more surgery. I hate hospitals! I hate surgery!

Hey, glad to hear you liked the potatoes. Be careful that you don't overdose on them. They are that good.

I took my mom to tour an assisted living home over here, and there were two tranvestites - one showed ehr the room. She totally didn't notice.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I haven't blogged about my addiction to reality tv.
I haven't blogged about my hypochondriac hubby - but today I did mention that I love him
I haven't blogged about how sick to death I am of having to do laundry. Is there really anything wrong with wearing clothes over and over again if they don't REALLY stink? I think not.
I haven't blogged about how I avoid taking showers some days just because I don't want to have to 'do' my 'do' againg. Sinead O'Conner may have been on to something back in the day.
*sigh*
and NO to the tater crack. I'm down 2 pounds and I don't want them back. thankyouverymuch.

Tater Crack?!!! I am laughing out loud. So that's what's growing on my butt.

I didn't blog about all the crap this week. There's as much crap as there is good sometimes. So I just keep my mouth shut and post pretty pictures.
